Minimum Stay
Year round we have a minimum stay period of 4 nights. Over the Easter period, there is a 7 night minimum stay, and over the Festive period there is a 10 night minimum stay.
Throughout August and September, the Calabash Hotel will be closed. During this time, the Calabash Hotel Facilities will unfortunately be unavailable to villa guests. The villas are privately owned and managed by the Calabash.
CHILDREN
Children over 12 are welcome between 15 Jan and 15 Mar. All children welcome throughout the rest of the year.
Cancellations
Any cancellation of a definite confirmed reservation must be notified to the hotel by email to: Reservations@CalabashGrenada.com and will take effect on the day received by us. In all instances the client must obtain a cancellation number from the hotel. If a cancellation number is not issued by the hotel, the booking will be considered not cancelled.
We strongly recommend that our guests arrange travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellation charges.
Standard Deposit & Cancellation Terms
A 3 night deposit is due at the time of booking.
For travel between 5 January and 20 Dec: cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival = 50% of the cost of the booking. Cancellations made 14 days or less = 100% of the cost of the booking.
Early Departures and No shows will be charged at 100% of the cost of the booking.
Festive Deposits & Cancellation (Festive Season) 21 December and 4 January: A deposit of 50% of the stay is required for all bookings, at the time of booking. Full payment is required by 1 Oct.
For travel between 21 December and 4 January: cancellations made after 1 Oct will be subject to a fee of 100% of the cost of the booking.
Smoking & Vaping
The Villas at Amber Belair maintain a clean and smoke free environment. Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited in all interior spaces. If guests wish to smoke or vape, please ensure that this is kept to outdoor areas only.
